Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At To Inflatables and Beyond, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains our cancellation, refund, and weather-related guidelines so expectations are clear for everyone.

 

Deposits & Payments

  • All reservations require a deposit, which is a down payment toward your rental total, not a refundable security deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • The deposit is applied to the total cost of your rental on the day of service.

 

Cancellations by Customer

  • If you choose to cancel your rental for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • Cancellations must be communicated to us directly as soon as possible.

 

Cancellations by Company

  • If To Inflatables and Beyond must cancel your rental due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded.

  • In the event of a company cancellation, we will notify you as early as possible.

 

Weather Policy

We closely monitor weather conditions and want every rental to be safe and enjoyable.

  • Weather does NOT qualify for a refund.

  • If weather conditions (such as rain or high winds) make it unsafe to set up, you may reschedule your rental at no additional cost.

  • Rescheduled rentals must be used within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.

 

No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations

  • If you are not available at the scheduled delivery time or cancel on the day of your event, no refund will be issued, and the deposit will be forfeited.

 

Final Payment

  • Any remaining balance is due as outlined in your booking agreement.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the rental without refund of the deposit.
